Small Cap Recommendations
Small Cap refers to stocks with relatively small market capitalization. The definition can vary, depending upon who you talk to , but generally speaking, it is a company with a market capitalization between $300 Million and $2 Billion.

Recommendation #1
=====================
The first small cap growth stock pick is a company that has been in business since 1986.
It has developed a technology that allows polymers to change physical characteristics when exposed to temperature changes. Its new design allows oxygen and CO2 to enter and escape from sealed fresh-cut produce packages. This will allow the produce to stay fresh longer.
The company also specializes in seed coatings, which allows early planting of crops by preventing germination until warm weather arrives.
Net income has risen from $2.4 Million in 2004 to $29.2 Million in 2007. Their fiscal year ending in May.
First Quarter earnings for 2008 were reported at .11 cents per share, beating the estimated forecast of .10 cents per share.
Analysts estimate this company's annual sales will reach 267 Million by 2009.
Analysts have also estimated the next five years annual growth rate at 28%. The industry average is 18.18%.
A target price of $18 has been set for the upcoming year, a nice increase from its current level of $8.50 per share.
The long-term growth potential is very good for this company. They are well established and have products that will only grow in demand.

Recommendation 2
=================
This particular company is currently trading at a surprisingly low share price.
A 10-year price chart history shows that each time their stock reached these low levels, it provided investors a great opportunity to double or even triple their investments.
This company operates a chain of retail drug stores throughout the USA. It provides primarily pharmacy services, selling prescription drugs and over 26,000 front-end products.
The current price decline can be attributed to weak industry-wide, same store sales for December, which declined by 0.5%.
Drug retailers across the nation cite a slow start to the flu season and increased sales of lower priced generic drugs for the slowdown.
Current analysts estimate a 2008 target price of more than double where it currently sits.
Analysts also estimate a 5-year growth rate of 8.47%.
Because the price level of this stock is currently below $2 per share, it should be viewed as a speculative investment.
It is my personal belief, that this stock will easily return generous double-digit gains in the upcoming year.

Company: Rite Aid Corp.

==========================
Update
When I first recommended Rite Aid (RAD), the share price was sitting at $1.95. As of today, February 27, 2008, the share price is at $2.71. This is a generous 40% return in a relatively short period of time. At this current level, I would recommend selling the shares and putting RAD on your stock watch list. It is highly likely to retrace soon. This of course, is only my opinion. Please do your own research.
